"Dear Marriott Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay, as it did not meet the standards I have come to expect as a loyal Marriott customer of over 13 years. I specifically chose this property because it advertised having a pool. However, after checking in, I was informed that the pool would be closed until Monday. When Monday arrived, the pool still had not opened, which was very frustrating and misleading. Additionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, there was a strong mildew or damp towel odor. I reported this issue on the first day, but no action was taken until the third day, when I had to follow up again to have the room cleaned properly. The overall condition of the property was also disappointing. The hallway walls had noticeable scraped paint, giving the impression of poor maintenance and upkeep—far from what I typically experience at Marriott properties. Lastly, I have a concern regarding my stay credits. I checked in on Saturday, March 21, and stayed through March 25; however, I am only seeing credit for two days instead of the full duration of my stay. I would appreciate your assistance in addressing these concerns, including correcting my stay credit and reviewing the issues mentioned above. I look forward to your response and hope for a resolution that reflects Marriott’s usual level of service and commitment to its guests."

"We did not have AC the entire stay. The room was unpleasant because of the heat. We weren't able to enjoy our city view because we had to keep the curtains close to try and keep the room from not being hot"

"My phone didn't work in the room. The ice machine was broken on the floor I was on. There were not enough towels per night. I had to call every day from my cell phone for the 3 days I stayed requesting towels. The best thing about this day was the cookies."

"First let me say the staff and location of this extended stay was wonderful. Free parking. Outdoor space for recreational purposes. We had the 2 room loft which also had 2 bathrooms. 3 TVs which was a lifesaver. Biggest issue was the smell of room which was like animal "smells" and the floor and couch wasn't the cleanest. However the kitchen, bathrooms and beds were clean.A place to wash clothes was a plus if needed in the room. No continental breakfast but coffee and tea, distilled water was a nice touch .Close to freeway and the shopping/restaurants were abundant. Check out Perimeter Mall!"
