"Beautiful hotel in Hanoi!! The hotel has only been open for 7 months and of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Hanoi it was definitely the best! As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place smells devine! The hotel manager Rose was lovely and took the time to talk to us whenever we saw her. We had a Metropole Suite room with a balcony which was fabulous! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice & very attentive service and all the staff came out of the hotel to wave us off which was lovely 😍"

"They really looked after us. All the staff put in a huge effort to welcome you and look after every detail. Everyone at the deal speaks great English an nothingis too much trouble. We chat easily about Vietnamese life, family differences to Australian culture, elocution lessons for speaking the lingo, we find out the word for joke, as there is so much laughter abounding in the contagious hospitality we have experienced over our 3 day stay here, how can we not return next year, we ask ourselves.?"

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."

"I arrived at the hotel close to midnight. While the check-in process was quick, the room I was assigned was in very poor condition, it appeared dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to a humid, sweaty smell. The breakfast was also disappointing, as the food tasted artificial and of low quality. I have stayed at this hotel before in 2025, but unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The standard check-out time was noon, and I had a work meeting scheduled at 1:00 PM. I needed a quiet environment to take the call, so I asked the front desk if a one-hour late check-out would be possible. My request was declined, as I was told another guest would be checking into the room. However, I understand that the official check-in time is not until 2:00 PM, which made the refusal somewhat unreasonable. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not choose to stay at this property again."

"There were shops nearby, mainly Japanese area and restaurants. Our room was on the 6th floor and there was an elevator. The shower was in a full height bath so would be difficult for elderly or anyone physically challenged. Room was very clean with great amenities including a washer/dryer. Our hosts had very little English but were very accommodating and friendly and we used Google Translate. "

"Best massage of my life at the spa! Indoor pool was chilly. Close to shopping, grocery store, Starbucks. Interior spaces and room were spotless. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Enjoyed my stay!"

"I felt like I was a princess in a palace . The room are modernized, large and the amenities were insane :Sauna ,gym and pool were included with my stay. Breakfast was amazing. No complaints whatsoever."
