"Only stayed two nights, but it was a nice trip. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved the coffee that came with the continental breakfast. I would stay here again. "

"Clean room, great bed, quiet, peaceful. Restaurant and convenience store within walking distance. We've been here a few times and it never disappoints."
"Need a warning that no plates, bowls or silverware are part of kitchenette. However, the front desk staff on Monday night (15 Sep) went out of her way to get us paper plates, bowls and plastic utensils. Room was nice and beach access excellent! Liked parking right in front of room 112!"

Very cozy and very friendly staff.
Love the fire pit and tiki bar and the self serve coffee in the main house.
Plus being pet friendly made this a perfect stay for us. "
"Our second visit here was just as nice as our first. We asked for a room change right away, which was granted with no issues. We had sporadic housekeeping, which we didn’t really understand. Not replacing towels is fine, but some days the beds were made and trash emptied and some days not. We ended up with overflowing trash cans & quite a mess. We appreciated the complimentary products, but never knew if they would be replenished or not so we could shampoo our hair. The in room coffee bar wasn’t refilled. These are small inconveniences which could be overlooked and certainly won’t impact future stays. This is definitely our hotel of choice on the Outer Banks. "

"Great beach access for the money! Wright Bros. Monument is 2 blocks away but not walkable-- the highway can't be safely crossed on foot. Also, a car is necessary to get to restaurants and other places of interest, though they are near enough. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!"
