This was a dog friendly hotel. The room did not smell like dogs. It was nice having a small refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was very nice and helpful. Short walk to restaurants.

Hotel was great, clean, nice staff. The ocean view was beautiful, the beach was beautiful and the beach access was easy.The only downside was the size of the beds they were full size, which is very small for two adults to sleep on together.

I was disappointed with the hotel: (1) One of the elevators did not work the entire time, the coffee machine at breakfast was broken, (3) the coffee machine at the lobby was broken, (4) pillows were hard, (5) sheets were stained and old, (6) carpets should have been changed years ago, (7) the room's windows were so dirty you can barely see the view...only saving grace: the staff is really kind!

Jacob that checked us in was great! We had a nice view from our room. The vending machine had some expired drinks and they were hot as it wasn’t cooling the drinks. The property is oceanfront and the location is perfect! We would stay again.

While the property was located in a good location, the cleanliness of the property needs to be improved. When they say pet friendly I didnt realize they were providing the pets. Came into room and had a roach on the bed. Told the front desk and they said that exterminator was coming soon.

It was a pretty nice vacation. The elevators could use some updating. The breakfast was pretty good. The view of the ocean was excellent.

A run down out dated property crying for up keeping maintenance. The structure feels unsafe, big space between stairs' platform and walls from first floor all the way up. Uneven hall way floor with middle area sticking up, big space under room entry doors, etc etc. just old old old

Overall, I was pleased with my room and the stuff. The only thing I have to say was one of the beds and the room was pretty old and if you try to lay in the middle, you kind of felt yourself sliding towards the edge other than that great price great views my room was clean and the staff was very friendly

Not worth the cost. We were first assigned to the 3rd floor and our room was both smelly and run-down. Tired as we were, we did not complain until the next day. The desk clerk was nice and moved us to a clean and fresh-smelling room on the 6th floor. Turns out the 3rd is for dog people, which this hotel welcomes. The fitness facilities are tiny and very basic. Breakfast is standard fare. The main feature is being on the beach and there is a large deck and not so large pool for guests on the ocean side.
