This hotel had a great hot breakfast, different each day, clean, comfortable room with plenty of big closet space for beach stuff as well as clothes. Great room great staff, big gym for workout, and close walk to pool and beach. We will be back!

Tiki bar at pool had very limited non-alcoholic beverages and no water on Monday and Tuesday. Food menu wasn't easily viewable and also limited due to weekend heavy business. Breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30am but hot food buffet was empty at 9am on monday. Asked if hot food was going to be restocked and said no. Room was great size and in room amenities excellent. Deck at beach access was wonderful to relax at after dinner overlooking the ocean.

Ample parking. Restaurants, supermarket, deli, targets, Walmart not too far. Beach short walk across road. Outdoor pool had some lounge chairs but no shade or umbrellas. Found out if you want chair or umbrellas for beach they have to be ordered a day or 2 ahead. It would have been nice if I was informed during check-in. As for the room, it was spacious & clean. The kitchen & fridge was very convenient to reheat & store leftovers & cold drinks. I did find the LVP flooring to look nice but it had a film or layer of grease on it. Slippery with shoes & sneakers but barefoot was nasty. I had to take a wet towel to wipe the floors several times to get the grease layer off. That I did not appreciate with the room.

The hotel's location is perfect, it's in the middle of many good restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, bars and just a short walk from the beach.I saw some comments that the hotel was old, that it was far from the beach, etc. The hotel had the brilliant idea of building a bar and pool across the street, and that same pool access leads you to the beach. The hotel has a small gym, two swimming pools: one indoors within the hotel premises and another across the street with a bar It also has a small laundry room, ample covered and uncovered parking, and a barbecue area.Breakfast is basic and meets certain needs; there are eggs, bacon, fruit, etc. The staff takes care of replenishing what runs out. I stayed on the 3rd floor, partial ocean view, I had a decent view, the room had two queen beds, a kitchen area and a very decent overall space I honestly really enjoyed it and would stay there again. Friendly, attentive staff.

The floors were very sandy. I just checked my credit card and I was charged $200.00 for the pet fee that I was quoted $100.00. Their dog park was full of holes and tall weeds. I asked when they were going to cut the tall weeds and 5 days later the weeds all around the hotel still hadn’t been cut. For a Marriott that place needed a lot of maintenance work inside and outside. The breakfast was okay and the clean up ladies were very nice.
