"We had a wonderful 5-night stay. Our room was a nice size with adequate storage space and a large bathroom. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent as was the staff at the front desk. On our departure day, we used their airport car service for early (before 5 am arrival) at Heathrow. The driver was right on time and nice to talk to. I happily recommend this hotel to others. "

"The staff in this hotel were extraordinary. They were so warm, welcoming and kind. The breakfast was fabulous and the room clean and quiet. It was close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station for ease of access to Heathrow and Great Western Railway options. I will definitely return."

The bathroom could do with being updated, but that doesn’t detract from the good value of this hotel. "
