"Totally uptight while waiting just for a room g"

"Great stay"

"Unfortunately my stay was not ideal. I had to change rooms as there was long black hairs on the tub and all over the bed sheets. In the second room the heat was not working and initially was told that the boiler was just warming up only to freeze all night and be told in the morning that Infact the heat source was broken. If I would have known the night before when I first mentioned it I would have checked in to a different hotel. I normally do not leave negative reviews but in this case it was extreme."

"The breakfast was fresh, it had a good variety. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and welcoming."

"The parking lot was spacious and easy to use. We did not eat breakfast so we cannot comment on the food quality. The only issue was we were awoken in the early morning hours with loud banging across the hall when another guest was locked out of his room. Otherwise the room was very spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent."

"Everything was great, but the air freshener smell in the main lobby and main floor was too strong for my wife and we couldn’t explore the floor or use the amenities. "
