I did not like paying for parking. Never stayed anywhere in our travels where we paid for parking. Only one elevator working and ice maker not working on every floor. Would like to see refund for parking.

Issue at check in. Room was booked for my daughter who is of age and was travelling alone. They did not want to check her in because she did not have a credit card. It was fully paid in advance and credit card was on file. They were going to cancel the reservation and have my daughter find an alternative place at midnight. NOT IMPRESSED
