We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting.
Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed was nice. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice.

I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and pleasant, and the room itself was clean and spacious. The pool facilities were also enjoyable, contributing to an overall positive experience. I would also like to mention that after booking the hotel, I had the opportunity to read other reviews, which were not entirely favorable. Honestly, had I seen those reviews beforehand, I might have hesitated to book. However, I am truly glad that I proceeded with the booking, trusting in IHG. It was a very good experience overall.
