The most kid friendly vacation we've been on. Love how everything is close. You don't have to leave the building. We walked to the children's museum and to the brewery. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel. Staff were lovely. Will definitely be back.

Honestly, it was just an overall great stay - top to bottom. Staff were amazing, helpful and easy to chat with. Quick to offer information and assistance. Thing is wouldn't have even known about, like having a fender telecaster delivered to your room for some downtime nooddling. But the room was also great! Very comfortable, lotsa space, I had an incredible stay tbh. Hot tub was outside, which was perfect and we had some excellent cocktails down in the *speakeasy. (of sorts anyway lol). Highly recommend staying here. Best experience I've had in a London hotel.

The location is great if you want to enjoy everything at 100 Kellogg. Went to the Beer Kitchen for live music and drinks this time, then went for drinks in the Speakeasy. It was a good night. Room was awesome, last time I was on the first floor, this time on the third. 3rd was better laid out. I love the heated floors in the bathroom, but wish there was a fridge to put snacks and drinks. Breakfast at the restaurant was so good.

This was a luxury stay with the best amenities! There was a fantastic indoor/outdoor pool with in water speakers, a super hot hot tub and so many restaurants and things to do. The Factory was amazing place to spend time in the arcade and jumping on the trampolines. We had the family room with bunk bed, kids had their own room with a tv and refrigerator!! We even got to borrow a guitar for our stay and it was amazing! Everything was so clean and beautiful and it felt like a resort stay!
