Velas Vallarta Suites Resort All Inclusive

"Room: we stayed in the deluxe 1 bedroom with ocean and pool view. The room is modern, functional and spacious for a family. Although we did have an issue with our original room; they resolved it quickly. Property: The grounds are lush and beautifully maintained. Amenities: The pools and activities were super fun! The kids and adults loved it. You need to mark your chairs early like most places. Food: Andrea restaurant was our favourite and the pool side dining options/room service were consistently good. We had a not so great experience at Ribera on our first night but no issues after that. The menus rotate and we never felt there was a shortage of options. If you have picky eaters, there are plenty of “kid food” options at every meal. The restaurants offer al a carte and buffet choices. Beach: we enjoyed walks on the beach but it is a bit rocky at some parts. Location: you are about a 10 minute walk from the Marina but about a 30 minute drive to downtown PV which we didn’t mind. You’re only 10 mins from the airport."

"Vale mucho la pena el hotel. La comida muy rica, muchas albercas con distintas actividades y para todos gustos. Nosotros en particular lo escojimos por la alberca para niños y valió la pena. Nuestro bebé festejó sus 2 años, disfrutó mucho las albercas. El único pero que le pongo es que no haya sombrillas en la playa y que no elevador en la zona de cuartos, pero bueno, sirve para hacer ejercicio."

"Loved everything at the resort itself. Restaurants are great, drinks are good BUT they have a fly infestation that is worrisome. They are all over the buffet. They should somehow try and control the problem somehow. Rooms are clean, employees awesome just the flies on the food"

"My husband and I have been coming to the Los Arcos for many years. It is in a great location and is right on the beach. However this time the service was not up to par. The maid never came once to our room despite having put out” please clean the room” on the door.there was also something wrong with the AC. The room was cool enough but the vents were plugged with black mold. The managers need to give matinance and upkeep. We had a Premium room on the updated side of the hotel. We have stayed in these rooms for several years and have always had excellent service. Also there was no hot water. I wish I had more nice things to say because I really love the hotel. However it needs some maintenance to be considered a 5 star hotel."
