"Resort is undergoing some upgrades atm to cope with the expected influx of school holiday travelers, The rebuilt children's splash zone will be a treat once completed and the kitchen is in the process of being refit as well. Staff and management are great and a pleasure to communicate with. Prices for food and drinks are on par with town center so if you do not wish to travel there is that option, also there is a supermarket next door with ATM's on the outside of the building. If you wish to try some Kava, there is a couple of spots across the road from the supermarket."

"Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Excellent service. However, it is expensive. Buffet was pricey. Breakfast was pricey. Dinner was pricey. Rooms were pricey."
The Melanesian Port Vila Hotel

"Arranging airport transfers via Expedia’s messaging portal was a failure. Hotel quoted a price via the portal that I confirmed, but no one showed up at the airport. Had to pay much more for a taxi. Hotel staff didn’t have an explanation as to why the transfer wasn’t scheduled. At check in I requested a return transfer be scheduled on my departure day. They took my flight info and said to just confirm it the day before. When I went the day before to confirm they had no record of my request. The rooms are comfortable. Soap and shampoo supplied. Had a full kitchen but didn’t use it. The pools look well kept with plenty of seats but some of the walkways going to the rooms are in need of repair. Overall location is good. A short 10-15 minute walk to downtown waterfront restaurants and public market. They have an on-site Italian restaurant, Casa Mia. Waitress said I could sit anywhere but after doing so and getting comfortable, napkin on my lap, was then asked if I could move to a different table. They shouldn’t tell someone they can sit anywhere if they don’t mean it. That said, the food was delicious."

"Lelife is set in beautiful gardens next to the sea. I stayed in a tent that was well set out. There was a kitchen that could do with more utensils etc. The shower was hot and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at Llife."

"The property was amazing has everything that we needed the fine dinning the bar the casino and was close to everything just a walking distance only down fall was that people was smoking inside the casino it was a shocking for us cause in Brisbane no one allow to smoke inside the games area only outside at a smoke area Otherwise we had the best time Thank you Grand Cadion for your awesome service"
