Good modern, and clean, accommodation very walkable from Edinburgh Waverley station. As student accommodation it does not have same luxuries as a hotel; however the place more than met my needs and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a student housing building open to the public for limited times in the year. It is not a hotel and although it provides a lot of space and privacy for the price (~£100) a night the amenities are bare minimum, cleanliness could be a lot better. Overall it ok if you are not fuzzy about staying in a from but pricey.

La problématique n’est pas le logement, mais le prix de celui ci pour la qualité proposée. 700€ pour 4 nuits…. Un matelas à ressort qui est sûrement plus vieux que moi et d’une qualité vraiment médiocre.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well and you can hear everyone around you. The walls are paper thin, but luckily other visitors were as mindful as they could be. Some staff are a little rude. Beds are very firm, but I prefer firm beds so it worked for me. Apart from that, it’s in an amazing area. The location by far is the best part of this place. Really close to the tram and there are a ton of cafes and pubs nearby!

The hotel is near everything you need: market, restaurant, tram station, pubs… although the bed is so small and they don’t keep your luggage overnight, what it was a problem to us. People are so friendly and they helped us all the time.

g had an excellent stay at Destiny Student lovely 33room with a view and room very clean, bedding excellent and staff verey helpful and frendly. Everything we wanted. would stay there again.

Great location & helpful receprion staff

Conveniently located & easy to get too from airport. Lots of cafes nearby. Need to remember its NOT a hotel (student accommodation).... which was more than adequate...
