Plus: Great breakfast, good location, good overall value for money. Minus: Housekeeping did not attend room once during my 3 nights/2 day stay. Was not provided with any information on check in, had to search the room for the info book to find out when breakfast was served and what the wifi password was.

Disappointing Hotel
Stayed in Room 309There were a number of issues with the room which I would mainly have described as annoyances but over the short period of time we were in the room they started to add up and culminated with a major issue in that we had no hot water on Saturday morning. We called reception to report this and received a call back to say a couple of boilers had been fau Shabby appearance - stained carpet and large stains on bathroom ceiling. The bedroom Venetian blind was faulty. The TV came on of it’s own accord at three points during the night! In the morning the TV no longer had a signal so we were unable to watch any programs. Lastly, on leaving the hotel the hand sanitiser was empty. This was around 10am, I would have expected, given the current situation, that it would be refilled at the very least first thing in the morning. As you can expect we were extremely disappointed with our stay and hope that you will consider some sort of recompense for having provided us wit( such poor service. I look forward to hearing from you. Regar
