"My stay was a nightmare! I'm yet to lodge my complaint with Hotels.com about my experience. I booked an ensuite single room. This was confirmed and worked out to £75.00 per night. To my shock upon my checking in. I was accommodated in a communial room packed with 3 layered bunk-beds! And when I furiously refuted this arrangement, I was told that is what was booked by Hotels.com. There's no privacy what so ever! the room is mixed gender.
