Eastern Tennessee hotel rooms a the Best Western

"The Waltons were good, the hotel was not the best."

"Everything was great, only down fall was not breakfast include and had the option to pay on Expedia and did so but would not accept at hotel! Have to pay at hotel so was out $18! Do not do this option when staying"

"Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly but a little understaffed. The outdoor waterpark is open until 11 pm. Kids were screaming until at least 11 pm."

"Everything was good, one thing is when we did enter our room it was very humid and hot but once we got the air conditioning going it felt nice. Also pool is supposedly heated but the water was very cold. Overall nice hotel, would stay again!"

"The amenities were amazing for all ages (pool, playground, arcade). The food and bar was so nice when we didn’t feel like going back out! The rooms were cozy and enough space to where you didn’t feel like you were sitting on each other!!"
