"Resort is beautiful but once I checked in I noticed door was coming of the hinge (note I do have a toddler and baby) it got fixed following day other issue was light in bathroom kept flickering told them about it but they didnt switch out a simple 1 or 2 light bulbs. I kept the do not disturb sign ..."
