"The property was located in a very convenient location to travel the city. The cleanliness of rooms was not up to standard as all the guests in the room had red itchy patches. The hotel reception staff seemed very unwelcoming which did not make it comfortable to share concerns. Apart from that, the hotel is well maintained and housekeeping staff is helpful!"

"The front desk associate was very pleasant. Our TV did not work and the maintenance staff came within 5 minutes to fix it. The furniture is very old and outdated, but the bathroom was updated and very big in comparison to every other hotel we have stayed at in NYC.! Property was quiet and in a great location."

"Not a city girl so this location seemed very loud to me, but I hear that is just NYC. Tiny rooms but clean and cute. Window air conditioner was right next to the bed and constantly cycled on and off all day and night. The hotel location was terrific with lots of great places to eat or grab a coffee."

"The room was clean and like the pictures. Location was great only about a 3 minute walk to the subway. Amazing bagels across the street and an Irish pub next door where we usually ended our nights. Would recommend."
