The location in the hamlet of Water Newton is stunning and gorgeous walks through the countryside are abundant. This isn’t a conventional self catering arrangement because the owners live on site and the cottages have a share with permanent residents. "Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "
