"Breakfast options were basic. Overall hotel experience was basic. The manager was helpful but other things such as location of room's etc.was basic. "

"Before travelling I emailed to confirm that there were electric charging points at the hotel, I was informed they had charging points. What I wasn’t told was that 5 coaches would be parked in front of them for the duration of my stay. I had to pay £10 per day for parking and had to use the charging station at the petrol station. I chose this hotel based on the availability of charging units. I will not be using this hotel again. Not even a kettle in the room to make a brew!"

"Large room, good assortment of breakfast options, however there was a power cut on the last day. Additionally, had to raise a ticket with Hotels.com for the deposit refund as it is yet to be refunded after 8 days. "

"Overall, a clean and spacious room for 4 people. Television was not in the most ideal place for viewing for everybody, but that would be my only criticism. Shower was hot and powerful, room was serviced daily, and the location was very quiet and ideal for local amenities and travel into London. "

"I was expecting to share a bathroom, according to the description of my single room. Instead, my room was en suite, with a kettle and a fridge too. I was very comfortable and consequently rebooked for the following week. There is plenty of free parking, a bus stop is directly outside and the nearest tube stations are a short walk away, as are plenty of shops and restaurants. It's perfect for travelling to my job in central London and the price is very reasonsble. I felt safe and respected at Park Hotel, which is incidentally, opposite the very lovely Valentine Park"

"For a hotel on a city street it was a prime location to a small shopping mall, restaurants, stores and a public transportation hub into London and throughout. We enjoyed the convenance and price point. "
