"My girlfriend and I were beyond amazed by how great the service was, how helpful and attentive the workers were, and how great and accommodating our E-Butler, Norielis, was! The resort helped us get where we needed to be at any moment with their quick shuttle carts, and even without the carts, the shaded walking path throughout the resort allowed us to explore and discover every inch of the resort in a safe and fun way. The varied restaurants we had to choose from were always great, making it hard for us to pick a favorite! The bars by the ocean and pools served amazing drinks, and we found it very convenient to have grills at every pool for a quick meal. We would highly recommend using the spa, as the hydrotherapy was very relaxing and we felt truly refreshed and stress-free after the massage we received. Each hotels have their own staff to help us at any time, which we greatly appreciated. Even though we went for a simpler room, we loved the king-sized bed, bathtub, amenities, and the room service we received! We got to live out our "breakfast in bed" fantasy. This resort has helped my girlfriend and I get the relaxing vacation we needed without having any decision fatigue on what to do or where to eat. Norielis helped us every step of the way, and if we ever return, we'd love to request her to be our E-Butler!"
