"Room was clean, the drains sometimes smelled in our room. Staff were very friendly, always asking if we needed anything. We were on our honeymoon and I told them prior, it took a day for us to get our complementary honeymoon package and about 3 days to get our door sign. The golf had hidden fees that were not listed on the website or terms and conditions. Food was good and refreshing for the most part. Overall very nice, fun and relaxing."

"This resort was top tier. From the cleanliness to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, I can’t recommend this place enough. The bar staff, especially those from Prelude, absolutely a delight!! Joan was the best!!! Very attentive and always went above and beyond. The entertainment staff was always fun and interactive with us. Maria does her job well. This place is an absolute must!!
