"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frances Modern Inn. It was a perfect location for our needs. And our suite was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the keyless entry to the property and our room and the complimentary water and sparkling water in our room. There is limited on site parking but such was only a minor inconvenience. "

"The area is a little sketchy but ok. It’s near downtown so only a 5 minute uber ride to most everything downtown. The bed isn’t that comfy but the shower has great water pressure. Overall everything is satisfactory and just what I would expect for the price. No complaints! "
