"A hidden gem! We couldn't have asked for anything more! Jen and Vicki were so attentive and courteous and took the time to chat when we would see them as we were heading in/out for the day. Centrally located to so many attractions. From restaurants to museums all within 10 miles. The parking on-site was limited to a few spots, but we were aware of this beforehand. Only once did we have to park off-site, but it was a well lit lot and parking was validated. The small courtyard was beautiful with hanging lights which gave a wonderful ambiance. The gate was secure and needed a keypad to enter. We took full advantage of the outside seating, especially since it was 40 degrees when we left home in Chicago. We relaxed and enjoyed a specialty coffee in the open lounge area which they have on each floor. They have books, games and flavored sparkling water. Our room was immaculate and we loved how it was decorated. Oh my gosh was the bed comfortable! We sunk into the soft sheets with the down pillows and comforter (made it really hard to want to get up, lol) The bathroom was large and the shower had a rain shower head and lots of hot water. The cleaning staff did an amazing job and they were so nice and friendly. We have no doubt we'll be coming back to Austin and know exactly where we'll be staying! Thank you Vicki! "Beautiful modern hotel. Walking distance to a bunch of places. Nice parking garage, kinda spendy for a night, but maybe that’s typical for the area. I stayed in the wing with shared bathrooms and it was $100 cheaper than a regular room. And I didn’t see one other person the whole time. The bathrooms were clean, nice sinks, shower and toilets. Locking doors of course. I did not miss having a personal bathroom at all. Highly recommend!"

"Clean room with blind out curtains and comfy bed for a good sleep… breakfast is awesome with lot of healthy options and good coffee… overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Austin for a day or two "

"Great communication via text. There are 3 different codes you need handy to enter the building and apartment which was a little bit of a pain. We stayed in a studio apartment with a Murphy bed. I would have loved either a coffee table or a side table for when we were on the sofa watching tv for my coffee. Other than that, great stay, great room and staff. "
