I enjoyed my staying there with my family, beautiful and neat. The only thing I didn't like was the fact you need to request your room to be clean a day in advance before 2pm. Which means if check in after 3pm, your room won't be clean the next day. And the cycle can go on and on... Apart from that everything was fine, the hot tub isn't that hot as well ☺️

It was pleasantly surprising to us and we will definitely be back. I’d say that the staff need additional training. Housekeeping shouldn’t get on elevators with 4 guests and their bags. Front desk staff should be more welcoming and friendly. It is a major corridor through Quebec and staff should be conversant in English.
