"The location is great and the property is very nice. My only complaint is that every time I use Expedia the room I get is usually the room for disabilities. My last day we specifically booked a room that was not an ended up with the same old, same old. I wish somehow this trend could be eliminated. It really isn’t fair that when you book a non-ADA room I always get that very wrong."

"My main issue is there is no AC!! You can not be comfortable without AC in any hotel. Also no coffee maker or microwave. You are very far off from anywhere so having these few things would help the stay much more enjoyable. If you are on for extra privacy pick some place else. But the Views!! "Overall an okay stay. Loved the proximity to local downtown restaurants and the Ventura Pier. Cons were being greeted by a furry at the front desk, and woke up to the slamming of doors outside in the hallway. The beds and linens weren’t the most comfortable. I personally don’t think that this was worth the $200 per night. "
