We stayed here before our trip to the Channel Islands. When we checked in, they had a reception with popcorn , cookies and the Best Strawberry Lemonade ever. They had a ton of amenities that we were able to use to include a gym, pool and jacuzzi We loved how close it was to Ventura Harbor Village and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants

The rooms are in pretty poor condition. We didn’t get housekeeping services at all, needed to ask for “towels and trash” midway through our stay. Location is ok, feels like a safe area and I didn’t worry about our car. We didn’t use any amenities, including the restaurants on site.

The room was clean. The grout in the bathroom was dark in some places and lighter in others which was kinda gross. No free breakfast either! The staff were friendly though. Pay for parking $24 per car per night. I felt safe and the location is nice

It was very convenient location since we wanted to go to Ventura harbor. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. They make you an omelet with your choice ingredients right in front of you. The room was clean but the bathroom looked old. I could smell breach in the room and linens were very rough due to breach.

Nice property. It's weathered, but of course it would be, since it is located in the harbor. We were fortunate to get a very large suite, which had a double-wide balcony that afforded a beautiful view of the marina.

The property was nice and well located. Close to nice restaurants and stretch of beach. It was easy to catch our boat to Channel Islands. Our room was not pleasant though. Floors were dirty and sticky. Towels and sheets scratchy. Mattress and pillows were lumpy. AC worked but not well. Hopefully it was just our room.

I've always had great experiences at the Sheraton but this particular stay was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness of the room on arrival was less than satisfactory (hair in the drain and sink). They forgot to clean are room the second day, but they did bring us fresh towels quickly when asked. The air conditioning went out the second night so it got a little warm. We didn't receive the normal goodie bag that Sheraton usually provides on arrival, but our niece and nephew did. However, this hotel is still in a great location and has a nice wait staff in the restaurant. They just need to work a bit on housekeeping and the condition of their facilities.
