Was actually very good I’ll come back!! 7 minutes walk to the beach!!was great, the bed was clean, my wife did say see saw roaches when she got up in middle of the night!! But like the whole experience of the walk to beach the room was quiet!!

I stayed 4 nights. Parking was a breeze and close walking location to Ventura Pier (ocean) was nice. Motel is more meager than what I am used to. The property is older, shower is small, and there's no soundproofing between the walls. However, for a basic place to stay that's cheaper than alternatives, it met my needs. Would stay again.

Roaches in the bathroom, and the place is a real dump. But the worst part of it all was that my wife and I woke up the next day covered in bedbug bites. This place really needs to be shut down or completely renovated.

Hotels com should not offer this hotel on their list. The standards of the properties on the list should give the travelers the confidence that the property offers at a minimum a good and clean property.
