"Room was small and old, but cosy, clean and comfy. Dinner was OK. Entree was quickly followed by main - too quickly for us. Main was way too big."

No evening meal offered, although we were having breakfast there was none available and no staff until my partner saw a cleaner who didn’t know we were even staying and then no offer to make breakfast. Want to be reimbursed for the cost of two breakfasts."

"Tv in bar lounge not set up for even basic channels, just on a rolling red bull advert..pointless waste of electricity. Couldn’t get an evening meal before 7pm as booked up but surely residents should come first? Staff were first class, rooms clean and comfortable, would stay here again "
