Clean, great rooms, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You’re close to big stores to stock up on food and drinks if needed. Only critique was the swimming pool- looked a bit dirty/old and would benefit from some upgrades/improvements. Kids didn’t mind though- absolutely would stay here again!

When I got there my room wasn’t ready yet others were coming in getting rooms then when I get there the room was damaged and I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she tells me that she have service other guest as if I didn’t have reservations and then told her I am a guest and I’m here first she needs to take care of me first she then replied when something comes available I would be moved but I will never visit again I wasn’t satisfied at all

The breakfast was nice and lots of space for people to sit. The coffee table was broken when we arrived and also lots of light bulbs missing in the room. The pool area was ok but not maintained. There were used Band-Aids, hair, and trash around the pool. The bathrooms in the pool area was also not clean or sanitary. The emergency phone did not seem to work in the pool area either. We notified an employee of this issues but they were not taken care of.

We are a travel ice hockey family and travel A LOT. This stay was the absolute BEST experience we have had! The hotel is very clean, stylish, and updated. There is a basketball court outside that the kids enjoyed. The pool and pool area were clean, as was the courtyard - which had lots of comfortable seating and and a fire, and a couple large grills. Breakfast was good! The buffet was clean and fully stocked. The highlights of our stay though all pertain to staff. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and offered to provide directions and suggestions for restaurants/attractions/local events. Staff were tolerant of our hockey team and designated a conference room for the boys to play/hangout in. Staff were very kind to the team and were interested in how games went, asking for updates on scores, etc! Best suggestions from the front desk: If traveling in the Fall, checkout the local cider mills. Closest one is called Blake’s. Delicious cider, lots of fall activities for the kids. If it’s the week leading up to Halloween, checkout Tillson Street in Romeo. About a 30 min drive from the this hotel. The whole town is decked out for Halloween.

Mostly perfect

The bed was comfortable with great amenities. Very quiet room. Only negatives were that my dog found food on the floor, ice maker was noisy (even when turned off), paper towels were not replaced, and no one at front desk. Also, located on a noisy side street where trucks go up and down.

The receptionist that checked me in gave me the incorrect number for a second night stay. When I tried to book my second night they did not honor that number. My room was not properly cleaned there was hair all over the room . On the towels and in the shower. I would like to be compensated for the poor service and standard of cleanliness here.
