Wash cloth

"The room was never cleaned, and i was there 5 nights. I asked a woman dest clerk for a wash cloth, she acted very weird and was quite rude. She gave me a huge plastic bag, to bring my dirty wash cloths in. I don't appreciate rudeness just for asking for a wash cloth."
