Hotel was very noisy, kids were running up and down the hall. The room photo showed a couch/large chair but there wasn’t one in my room, so had to sit on bed or at desk.

There were broken items in the room on our arrival, the A/C unit was noisy, and there was mould in the bathroom. Otherwise, the room was of a generous size and the beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to be provided with water in the room.

Horrible mattress with large sunken area, i was put in a room right by the construction even though they were not fully booked and could've put me in the opposite wing that did not have construction. There was not a bar of soap by the sink to wash my hands so i used the gel soap in the shower.
