Location was good. Hotel has an odor in hallway and room, just didnt smell clean. Walls and carpet was dirty. There was no kitchrn supplies and no extra roll of tissue for bathroom. Bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in shower was empty. Bathroom mat was stained. Hotel needs a revamp. It does not live up to the other Sonesta hotels ive stayed at.

I would have been helpful to know they were in a remodeling mode. We were only there for the one night, but it felt like living in a reconstruction area. Things were clean, but sparse. The TV was nearly unworkable and the bathroom had almost toilet paper. Thankfully, despite warnings of possible shutoffs, there was a shower available. I am not blaming the staff and she was very helpful. The conditions were a surprise and not the most comfortable, but we were stuck.

1 - When I checked out on 9/20/2026, I was told by the counter person, who maybe the manager, I would receive an email copy of my receipt. I have not yet received it. 2 - They put a $100 charge on my credit card for ?? (incidentals?). It's still on my credit card. 3 - My room door did not close properly/completely. I am use to hotel room doors closing and locking. I had to pull the door closed to lock the door. And, my room key had to be positioned just right to unlock the door. 4 - Their vending machines were only about 25% stocked. 5 - It was a very noisy room. I cold hear people on the floor above me. Noise through the walls. Considerable noise from the parking lot. My room was on the 1st floor right next to the parking lot. 6 - The parking lot had trash in it that didn't appear to be cleaned up. 7 - My cell phone had connection issues in the hotel/my room/parking lot. The area seemed to be a dead spot for my AT&T service.
