We arrived early in the morning and the manager Alex immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Alex was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. He also helped to book Halong Bay cruise and day tour for us. My father in-law left his souvenirs bag in the van on the way back from Halong Bay. Alex helped to contact"
