"Location was great, right on the beach, really close to the Beach Bar and Hideaway island. Rooms were clean and as advertised and staff were excellent. Trying to get a reply via email before we arrived to organise tours was very hard and we ended up organising elsewhere but other than that we could not fault the place. We had a great time here. "Mike, his wife and 2 daughters were excellent. However the place was affected by nature and there is no electricity, no wifi, no hot water. As other guests have said before, it is a long way from Lenakel, 1.5 hours driving on the dirt road which can be difficult after rain. So I won't recommend staying more than 2-3 nights mainly to see the volcano+- the Iatapu traditional dance."

"Room was exactly as advertised. Our oceanfront room was spacious and clean. The balcony was large and had amazing views. The cleaning staff were friendly and kind. The restaurants on site did great food and easily catered for our dairy allergy. The pool was cold, but the seawater was lovely. Front desk staff weren't super helpful with giving us info on snorkelling spots and how to get there. Front desk staff did sort us out with horseriding which was great. I would stay here again."
