"They had no idea we had reservations for over 2wks and I confirmed it a week before we showed up. Then I showed the staff our reservations and they put us in the room that we reserved. "Great location right on the lagoon. Can walk through edge of lagoon to the jetty for Erakor island ferry. Also walk through lagoon to the Warwick resort for restaurants. Buses into town regularly at end of driveway. Manager of property was very helpful. Only thing we didn’t like was air conditioning was only in main bedroom and my kids couldn’t sleep as the ceiling fan in their room was too weak to circulate air."
