"When i checked in I was not happy about the size of the bed because it was not the standard queen size bed. However the manager on duty Nicholas was very helpful in getting me another room. "The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. "The best! Was very pleasantly surprised. Great staff, who were very friendly and willing to assist. The entire hotel including rooms are beautifully decorated and welcoming. The spa and pool were wonderful. Will definitely recommend."
