All of the things that are important to us checked the box… Cleanliness, air conditioned, comfortable bed, roomy, beautiful & very clean pool & cabana area & pool furniture, friendly staff, Location, afternoon cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, shuttle bus, close proximately to entertainment and restaurants… Definitely would recommend & would stay again! "I booked this bc I was looking for cheap and close to downtown. When we pulled up, I got nervous bc it doesn’t have great curb appeal. I was already thinking this is going to be a long 4 days in this dump. We were about 3 hours earlier than check in and I was going to ask if we could leave our bags there but the manager said he could check us in early! That was a nice surprise. The room was another surprise- it was renovated and clean. The shower had great water pressure. They could provide better blankets as there was a sheet and a thin fleece blanket but we made do. The best part was that it was only a mile walking to Broadway and the walk was beautiful over the bride or cut through the Nissan complex. The immediate area within 5-7min is a little shady but we had absolutely no issues with safety, we walked the entire time we were here and never felt unsafe. I think for the price you can’t go wrong with the location. "

"The hotel was absolutely amazing. It was like you were back in a time warp in the 1930s. They preserved the speakeasy where The billiard tables are. The decor is perfect for that time. They have the old phones and old phone booths. The elevators are classic. The service was wonderful. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The hotel is just amazing. The highway parking is easy. I just loved my stay and I would go back anytime."

"Heated lazy river and indoor pool with hottub was great on a chilly day. Our visit was in offseason so it was very quiet."

"Close to downtown, not far from The Gulch, a lot bars across the street for a quick lunch or drink. The room was very clean and the pool was very nice. The only downside to the room was the door had a lot of gaps where bugs can come inside and someone can break in if he/she wanted to. I find the front desk people were standoffish. "
