Hotels with free breakfast in Selangor

"When arriving at this hotel I was told by two hotel staff that I had not made any booking online and they demanded immediate payment before they could provide me with a room. l showed them paper work to support my argument and they then took over 20 minutes to find my online booking. What a joke! Totally incompetent as far as I can see. Would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. No staff to assist me to carry luggage up three flights of stairs."

"Aircond tidak dipasang dlm bilik.. Aircond hotel nie adalah centralise aircond. Kerana kurang pengunjung, mereka tidak membuka aircond. Bila komplen maintenance kata aircond mereka mengunakan asas air. Mengarut sebab ini bukan kali permata saya menetap di hotel ini n selama ini tidak pernah ada masalah aircond. Amat teruk terpaksa tidur dalam kepanasan bersama anak. Too bad servis tidak setanding dengan nama hotel."
