Plenty of parking Twin room very clean and comfortable Staff very helpful Spa facilities a little tired but changing room clean as well as the steam room and sauna .we ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was very good. We didnt have the breakfast so am unble to comment on the quality . All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again"

"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."

"Staff were polite, breakfast good, bar price reasonable and spotlessly clean. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again."

"Arrived after long car journey with a grumpy toddler. Staff made us welcome and were very good with him in the restaurant, where he cheered up but made a mess and wanted to get everywhere. Food was very good too. The room was quiet and it was the only night of our holiday where he slept right through the night, so it gets 5 stars from us!"

"Very nice hotel. Exterior looks like the 1970's a bit but don't be put off, inside is modern, clean, and we'll put together. Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is free and the location is good for the airport and central Paisley. Food is good, and they have a vegan menu if that's your thing."
