"Other guests were given Prosecco on arrival but we didn’t.Reception staff did not seem to be that proficient and did not know if they could provide a chair for the shower also the fridge was not working all was put right in the end "

"The hotel is in a good location, close enough to everything but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. which meant it was peaceful and we slept well. The room was well appointed with everything you could need. Plenty of space for two people. We didn’t really need the kitchenette as we were eating out but the coffee machine was nice. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and the service has usually been good. However, on this occasion we experienced issues with the room that were never resolved, which is not acceptable. As a result, we will need to reconsider staying there again. "

"Our rooms were ready when we arrived and they allowed us to check in a little early. The rooms were clean, the rainfall shower head was awesome! Rachel at the front desk was very helpful and is an asset to the staff! She gave great recommendations and we had a lovely stay."

"Everything needed for an overnight stay was provided. Comfortable bed, if a little soft for us. I found the room atmosphere dry, needed a humidifier. Didn’t have breakfast but it all looked fresh. Staff very attentive and helpful. All in all a very good stay . "
