"The hotel is perfectly located, just a minute's walk from the gate of the Prophet's Mosque. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service . A huge thank you to the reception team for their warm welcome and genuine smiles that made me feel instantly at home . Our stay at the Sofitel was superb . Everything was impeccably clean, the room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast and dinner spread was extensive and diverse, accommodating everyone . The food was of great quality, and eating hot, fresh food with a serene view of the city was fantastic."
