"Excellent Breakfast- Ideal Location-Staff was the best!"

"Rooms are clean, outdated, needs renovation especially the bathrooms. Location is great to the Haram. It has two doors; one to the mall and the other to Ajyad street which is very convenient if you want to take a taxi anywhere. There is a Musallah by the front door which is very convenient if you’re late for prayer and it’s not that crowded. Breakfast is very good and plenty of variety. I loved the egg and fool station, people are very nice and helpful. Definitely I’ll be here if I go back. "

"The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of room for extra activities. My stay was 3 nights; some of the things were outdated, and no USB or USB-C connection. Location was excellent, walking distance to Haram. Plenty of things to do around. If you are there just for a spiritual visit, this hotel is perfect. It is a 3-star, and I don't mind staying here again."

(Expedia Itinerary: 72073353137118) On the first day of my stay, I requested a cancellation due to an urgent matter. After consulting with the reception, I contacted Expedia and agreed to a 50% cancellation fee. Despite this agreement, my credit card was charged for the full 2-night stay. I have already raised this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Please review my cancellation record with Expedia and refund the overcharged portion as soon as possible.
