"Amazing Stay We had an exceptional stay at the hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the level of hospitality throughout our visit. From check-in to departure, the service was outstanding, and we experienced no issues whatsoever. The newly refurbished rooms are excellent — modern, stylish, comfortable and beautifully presented. The refurbishment has clearly made a significant difference and really enhances the overall guest experience. We would particularly like to express our sincere appreciation to MD Shahid and MD Rashed, who provided an exceptional level of service throughout our stay. Both went above and beyond to assist us with everything we requested and were consistently friendly, professional and accommodating. Their attention to detail and willingness to help genuinely made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a memorable one. "The property is dated. It needs an upgrade. Did not look like a 4 or 5 star hotel as advertised. The good thing was we got a courtesy upgrade to partial haram view room when requested. When we checked in the shower was not working. Had to call maintenance staff and they came and fixed in the second try. The tiles on the bathroom walls were broken and patched,"
