"Although breakfast was included in the booking we were not offered anything. We had to find a housekeeper to come change the trash. The soap was never changed. The location is great for the prayer and restaurants and multiple shopping centers."

"this place has 2 towers always get down at tower 1 as i think better and bigger rooms ,buffet was not all worth the money 130 sar unless all inclusive rather pay outside to get better option for food and would work out cheaper for 2 as you dont eat 260 sar £50 worth of food place is clean and friendlly and not to far for both men and women entrance make sure you pass the imams line so prayers are excepted ie pass the green dome "
