"Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off"

"I don't understand why this hotel had 5 points as a review and it was the reason I booked it. This is the WORST hotel rooms I haven't seen. It is like a hostel budget hotel with mold and very old bed. We saw the rooms and we left, did not even slept there. HOTELS.COM should verify hotels offered on their website. All hotels in Kigali have wifi now so it is no longer a criterion for your selection. Last time I am using either one of these "hosts""

The breakfast had a great variety and the boy running the omelet stand was so good at his job. Only problem was the restaurant in the evening. I ordered soup and waited over 1.5 hours for it... "The property was not as advertised. The place appears a bit run-down and the rooms we stayed in had stained and partially broken toilet seats. We had to urgently make arrangements to secure alternative accommodation for our elderly mothers, which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel employee who was on duty was however very helpful and understanding, which we appreciated very well. He also contacted the hotel manager who was equally understanding and promised to process a refund for the room...
