"Chegamos e havia apenas 1 recepcionista para atendimento com a previsão de hotel lotado. Chegamos por volta das 14:30 e o quarto não estava pronto, saímos e retornamos as 17:30 e ainda não havia quarto pronto. O menino da recepção, não se mostrou preocupado, disse que houve problema com a lavanderia e isso atrasou todo o serviço.
