Hotel lindo e com excelente estrutura, mas é bom evitar dias ou épocas de alta demanda. Fomos no início de fevereiro, que seria baixa temporada, mas por ser domingo o resort estava bem cheio. Levamos 1 hora na fila do check-in e o hotel ficou sem roupão pro uso das piscinas por algumas horas.

1. Check inn foi péssimo. Cheguei no horário estabelecido (14 horas). Já havia uma longa fila para ser atendida por 03 funcionários (haviam outros três espaços sem atendentes). Logo em seguida o terceiro atendente "desapareceu", aumentando ainda mais a fila de espera para efetuar o check inn. Passaram-se cinco minutos e esse funcionário tabém "sumiu". Ou seja, havia apenas um atendente para efetuar o check inn de aproximadamente 12 pessoas que estavam na fila. Ante o protesto generalizado das pessoas na fila, surgiu um outro funcionário. Esse, com visível má vontade, mascando chiclet. Fiquei 45 minutos na fila para fazer o check inn. INCONCEBÍVEL 2. Toalha de banho rasgada. 3. Ar condicionado com defeito no quarto de casal. 4. Péssimo atendimento no bar da piscina, com falta de bebidas e elaboradas com excessiva demora (também filas); 5. Restaurante Miló . Atendentes despreparados sem saber explicar a composição dos pratos. Comida de péssima qualidade. Solicitei um Fetutine Alfredo, que no cardápio constava como acompanhado com iscas de filé. A massa veio mal cozida e empastada e as iscas feitas com carne "segunda" (patinho, coxão de dentro ou acém). Jamais filé. OU seja. Uma experiência PÉSSIMA, FRUSTRANTE. Digna de um hotel no máximo de duas estrelas.E muito outras situações constrangedoras que não descrevo por falta de tempo. Impressão que Buona Vita não possui gerente, sendo gerido ao mesmo tempo por pessoas despreparadas. Lamentável uma vergonha para Gramado
