"Incredible location in San Juan. One of Puerto Rico's most iconic hotels, but it needs attention regarding maintenance—not from the staff, but due to the age of the main building."

"We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the pool. The views were relaxing. Staff was attentive and friendly. The one only negative was that the room and the hall of the 6th floor had a strong smell of mold. Otherwise, the room was clean looking, comfortable and with a beautiful beach view. I would give it a 8/10 because we enjoyed our time there very much but that mold in the room is not a healthy thing."
