"Check in was great. They let us store our luggage until the room was ready. The free shuttle to Old San Juan was convenient. The bartender was great and had recommended a local beer they had on tap and suggested we tour the brewery if we had time. We didn’t order off the menu but we saw a couple having burgers that looked amazing! My daughters purchased muffins that were super good. We at the breakfast and it was good. The pool was nice I liked that they had a little play area for little kids. We walked to the T mobile with our 2 teens and the area was very clean and safe."

"The Sheraton Resort and Casino in Condado is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am visiting my beautiful Island. I love the hospitality, always a pleasant stay at this resort."

"We had an amazing stay even if it was just for the night. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, we were able to check in early. We asked for dinner recommendations and were given several. Centrally located in el Viejo San Juan definitely recommend staying here as we will again in the future."
