"It’s extremely beautiful, from the Lobby to the rooms. Staff have amazing hospitality. The pool options were a bit small due to renovations but the pool was still great. I would come back 10x. Breakfast at AQA was pretty expensive but yummy. The Aroma Cafe Matcha was super yummy as well. The resort is also in an amazing, lively location."

"The staff gets a 1000/10, beyond amazing. The shower in my room (207) was extremely tiny maybe 2x2 pillar in the shower made it a tight squeeze. The room I was assigned didn’t have any windows and was right by the stairs so no matter how quiet guests are you can hear everything, which I understand being a historic building. The ac was a little noisy and leaky overnight. The kindness of the staff and free drinks offer was the best part. The rooftop views were AMAZING but the rooftop definitely could use some much needed TLC. It looks like it got roughed up by the last hurricane and hasn’t been brought back up to its glory as it was in the pictures. The location of the hotel was phenomenal, right in the middle of San Juan and plenty of things to do in walking distance."
