I accidentally left my wallet in my room and I didn't find out until on the road home stopped at s store and realized it wasn't with me so frantically called front desk and i believe it was Tom ? I hope that was his name ...he was already on his way down to the entrance when i pulled up and he was holding my wallet and i was so relieved. His response and actions were so awesome and I will come back here everytime. Thank you Junior, and all staff again for a wonderful stay"

"This is by far the best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. I wasn’t expecting a lot after staying in several over the past few days but the Hood River location has a beautiful view and a great restaurant. Will make a point of visiting there again in the near future."
